Weatherguard’s crawl space solutions are top-notch in both affordability and quality. We begin the process with a thorough inspection of your crawlspace to determine what specific products/services would best suit your needs. These options may include; drainage to remove any water intrusion, insulating the walls and or floor joists (with spray foam, batts, or a combination of both), dehumidification if necessary, and providing a long-lasting vapor barrier at a fraction of the cost of some of the other guys.
Many homes around NWA are completely uninsulated in the crawl space enabling a lot of heat and energy loss. By caring for your crawl space you not only see the efficiency benefits, but can also prevent major flooring/structural issues down the road.
After your inspection, we will present your options as well as pricing to find the best possible all around solution for you and your home. We will schedule your work and complete the project mindfully pursuing your 5-star review!

GOOD

Replace or install a 6 mil vapor barrier (moisture control) encapsulation to keep floor joists and wood floors dry. Homes older than 20 years may not have vapor barrier and insulation as it was not required building codes back then.

BETTER

To the vapor barrier encapsulation add drainage with a sump pump in lowest region and plumbed to outside.

BEST

To the vapor barrier encapsulation and drainage add dehumidifier plumbed into a pump that removes the water. This will ensure that your crawlspace remains dry.
